We’re creating the tools and infrastructure to redefine what it means to own and protect your identity and digital assets — and we need a world-class Social Media Manager to help us tell that story at scale.
🎯 Your Mission
You’ll lead and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms, with the goal of:
Growing Haven’s brand visibility and credibility
Attracting new waitlist signups and Telegram/Discord members
Building and nurturing an active, engaged Web3 community
Running organic campaigns, competitions, and announcements that convert followers into true believers

Own and manage daily content across:
📱 Twitter (X)
💬 Telegram
🎮 Discord
📸 Instagram
👤 Facebook
💼 LinkedIn
🎥 (Eventually) YouTube and TikTok
Write and schedule short-form content, memes, quotes, threads, and call-to-actions using tools like Tweet Hunter, Typefully, or OneUp
Collaborate with the founder and team to tell the Haven story consistently and authentically
Create and manage campaigns around feature launches, waitlist growth, AMAs, or token drops
Respond to and engage with the community across all platforms in real-time (or close to it)
Monitor trends, hashtags, and moments in the crypto space to join relevant conversations fast
Report on analytics weekly — growth, engagement, conversion — and adapt strategy accordingly
Help coordinate community competitions, giveaways, and user-driven campaigns (e.g. meme contests, referral pushes, etc.)
