Investor Relations Manager – Token Sales & Partnerships

We’re building the future of secure digital ownership, starting with the Haven Wallet, followed by an ecosystem of applications, and ultimately the Haven Blockchain.
With our private token sale and presale now opening to early supporters, we’re inviting select individuals to help us bring in the next wave of believers, investors, and partners.

About the Role:
We’re hiring an Investor Relations Manager to lead early engagement with private and institutional capital — introducing the Haven project, initiating conversations with aligned investors, and supporting capital raising efforts through private token sales.
You’ll act as a front-line representative of Haven within the crypto investor landscape, as well as with traditional VCs, HNWIs, family offices, and potential ecosystem partners. Your efforts will directly drive the strategic capital that supports our launch, our ecosystem development, and our mission.
This is a performance-driven role, ideal for someone with an existing investor network and a strong understanding of crypto funding cycles.

Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage outreach to:
- Crypto investors and funds
- Angel investors and early supporters
- Web3 and fintech VCs
- Family offices and private capital groups
- Introduce the Haven token opportunity and ecosystem roadmap
- Coordinate conversations between potential investors and the Haven founding team
- Support due diligence, document sharing, and token sale logistics
- Represent Haven with professionalism and accuracy, maintaining confidentiality and brand integrity
- Track all outreach and provide regular reporting on pipeline and progress

Compensation
Base retainer (monthly)
Performance-based commission on capital raised through your direct efforts
Optional: future token allocation or convertible agreement based on long-term contribution
Scope to evolve into a permanent Investor Relations Lead / Director as the company scales
