The Role
As CTO, you will own the entire technology strategy and execution, from outsourced team oversight to in-house infrastructure development.
You will:
Set the technical vision
Drive execution with external partners (YEO, Antier, smart contract teams, etc.)
Design security architecture and server infrastructure
Build internal tech capabilities — dev, QA, infra, AI integrations, blockchain ops
Work closely with the CEO on product roadmap, investor conversations, and token strategy
This is a foundational role — your work will directly shape the platform, the tech culture, and the user experience.
Responsibilities
Define and own Haven’s technical architecture, infrastructure roadmap, and product evolution
Oversee and coordinate all current outsourced development work (e.g. mobile wallet, biometrics, backend, smart contracts)
Establish internal systems for DevOps, cloud infrastructure, encryption, and biometric privacy
Design and implement security protocols — liveness checks, session security, token safekeeping, secure user storage
Build a future-proof, AI-resistant, privacy-first architecture
Lead the technical design of the Haven blockchain (2026+)
Create internal documentation, protocols, and development environments
Recruit and lead the in-house engineering team (frontend, backend, infra, QA, blockchain, AI)
Work closely with product, marketing, and compliance to deliver features on time and aligned with company goals
Represent Haven in high-level meetings with investors, advisors, and enterprise partners
